Crock Pot BBQ Shredded Chicken – makes superb sandwiches!!

So so good! I’ve been asked for the recipe, so other’s too think it’s delicious too! People have also mistaken it for pork BBQ!

5 minutes prep. 4 – 8 hours cooking time – 8 servings

5-6 skinless chicken breasts (about 3 1/2 lbs)
1 (12 ounces) bottle Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ Sauce
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Kraft Italian or Zesty Italian Dressing (the secret ingrediant you would never know that ‘s in it!!!!)
1/2 cup brown sugar

Large soft buns or Kaiser Roll (which we prefer) and sliced Colby-jack  cheese (make sure to use the cheese!!)


Put all in crock pot and cook on high about 4 to 6 hours or low for 8 hours.

When done, shred chicken in crock pot with forks or a fork and a knife.

Once chicken is shredded; mix all together.

Serve on buns and cheese and enjoy!!!

Can be frozen.
