This makes a very flavorful pork chop!

4 pork chops

Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon margarine/butter
2 teaspoons (about) olive oil
1/2 can evaporated milk (12 ounces)
½ can cream of mushroom soup (I use a whole can)
1 cup or 1 small can mushrooms
1 small onion sliced into rings (I also use thinly sliced green pepper which isn’t in the photo)
Parsley (optional)

Put butter and olive oil in skillet and sauté onion in skillet.
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dredge chops in flour, brown quickly in skillet.
Pour evaporated milk, soup and mushrooms over them, cook covered for
about 20 minutes, or until chops are no longer pink.
Can sprinkle with parsley if desired.
