simple_scalloped corn
My grandmother, Dorothy Kinnane, used this recipe many times when we would come to dinner.

1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn (drained)
2 eggs
chopped onion
pepper to taste
small amount of milk
½ cup cracker crumbs

Mix both cans of corn together. Mix in eggs, milk, chopped onion. Put into lightly greased small square casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes until middle is set
