Can be used as a camping meal, but we love them at home.

A quick and easy meal!

1 to 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg frozen peas (can use green beans or corn)
2 medium potatoes
sliced green pepper
sliced sweet onion
(sliced carrots and mushrooms are optional)
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Shape ground beef into patties (around 4 or 5).

Run cold water over peas until broken apart.

Tear off 4 or 5 large pieces of foil. Spray each with oil.

Place uncooked meat patties on each piece of foil.

Top each meat patty with veggies.

Mix cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix together.

Spoon over top of veggies.

Fold up the foil and wrap securely to seal.

Place on cookie sheet;

Bake approx. 50 minutes of until meat is done.

The soup mix will make a gravy.
